Another successful collaboration between the Radio Society of Sri Lanka (RSSL) and aspiring youth took place today at the 4S6TMP QTH.
Led by RSSL President Tharanga Premathilake (4S6TMP) and Ravindu Balasooriya (4S6RVD), the workshop focused on providing Scouts from Kurunegala District with essential skills in signalling, wireless communications, and radio mechanics.
The workshop covered the requisites for Signaler (J.A./04), Leading Signaler (S.A./04), Wireless Man (J.K./0`) and Radio Mechanic (S.K./01) badges.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. H.M.S.T Herath, Ms. E.M.D.K Ekanayake, and Ms. K.C Bulathsinhala from Royal International School for their invaluable contributions to organizing this event. Special thanks to Victor (4S7VK), Kim (4S6KMG), and Nayana (4S6NDR) for their unwavering support.
Together, we’re nurturing the next generation of radio technology enthusiasts and fostering holistic development among Scouts. Stay tuned for more exciting initiatives from RSSL!
