71st Annual General Meeting (AGM)

NOTICE OF THE 71^st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE RADIO SOCIETY OF SRI LANKA

Notice is hereby given that the 71^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Radio Society of Sri Lanka (RSSL) will be held on Sunday, 30th March 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room – Otter Aquatic Club, 380/1, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7.

Submission of Resolutions:

Members wishing to submit resolutions for discussion must forward them in writing to the Honorary Secretary no later than seven (7) days prior to the AGM (i.e., by 23rd March 2025).

1. Reading of the Notice convening the 71^st AGM.
2. Vote of Condolence.
3. Tabling of Messages of Excuse.
4. Reading and Adoption of the Minutes of the 70^th AGM.
5. Matters Arising from the Minutes.
6. Reading and Adoption of the Annual Report for the Administrative Year 2023/2024.
7. Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the Year 2023/2024.
8. Address by the Outgoing President.
9. Election of Office Bearers for the Term 2024/2025.
10. Election of Auditor.
11. Consideration of Resolutions (submitted with due notice).
12. Address by the Incoming President.
